Leading Internet Service and ICT services provider Globe Internet Limited on Mothers’ Day Eve Thursday 14th October 2021 treated its Blantyre-based customers to a cocktail at the prestigious Lotus Hotel by Serendib in Namiwawa. The event was themed ‘Client Appreciation” and the activities of the night aligned to the same. “We also wanted to use this event as a rare opportunity to hear some of the untold responses and/or feedback you have on our services and being a listening brand, we are ready to factor your shared input into our Product Development and Client Relationship Strategy going forward.” He added.

Commenting on the sides, one of the guests Mr. Miller John Joshua, Business Development Manager for Reunion Insurance said “while Globe Internet Limited organized this event to thank us, we are rather more grateful that they think about the customer and going the extra mile to give us a treat.
“It can’t go without credit.”

Another client who opted to speak on anonymity said that “for Globe Internet, it is very key that this marks just a beginning because as their market grows, they may not always meet all of us at once. So, if they can do one or two more with other clients, that would be amazing.”

The cocktail started at 6 pm and ran to around 9 pm with some clients leaving just after the official program at 8:30 pm. Three clients namely Robert M’bwana of Malawi Blood Transfusion Service, Ibrahim Mussa from Department of Immigration, and Lusekelo Mwagomba from Saint Andrews International walked away each with a lunch or dinner voucher for two at The Cinnamon Grill at Lotus Hotel following a raffle draw which featured all guest business cards.

In his closing remarks, Imaan said, “Our portfolio of services is comprehensive and cross-cutting to cater for all customer needs – Internet for corporates and individuals, MPLS Virtual Private Networks, Data Centre Cloud Services and Co-location, Managed Services, Vehicle Tracking, and Fleet Management, Generator Monitoring, Guard Monitoring, just to mention a few so you can clearly see that we are not self-made and we will continue to utilize every opportunity available for us to appreciate our clients.
